Cutscene never loading - Black screen with spinning wheel

Steps:
1. Handing in completed quest to Master Mogzin for Moogle Beast Tribe reputation increase. Choose materia reward from quest and then -
2. Goes to load cutscene - screen remains black, with loading wheel spinning. (for over an hour)
3. Can still access chat and respond, can still hear sounds,
4. Only way out of it is to ctrl + alt + delete > end task
