Please revamp the purchase process and forum.

First of all, I'd like to congratulate you, Square Enix, for your recent surge of popularity. This game has been a resounding success for you. It seems strange to me then, in a game that prides itself on being easily accessible and enjoyable for casuals, you have made your purchase process savage level difficulty. The mogstation and forums are some of the first things people see, and the purchase process is enough to make some people throw up their hands in frustration. Not to mention having an unintuitive forum that not only throttles your posts per day, but gives you a character limit on your posts. Except you can simply get around the limit through editing your post. So what then, is the point of that character limit? It's simply bad design. It's been almost ten years, Square Enix. There's no excuse for this anymore. Please allocate a portion of the massive funds you're receiving from this surge and upgrade your purchase process and forums.

It took them what seemed like ages to bring the Mogstation/FF XIV Online Store out of the 90s and into the mid 2000s. We've probably got awhile before they make more meaningful changes. The forums have seemingly been forgotten, sadly. They could use some major updating as well.
