Recently I've been having really bad lag issues that I haven't had before since the game has been running fine on my Macbook pro up until now and I'm not sure what's causing it.. I would really appreciate any suggestions on how I may be able to fix it.

Does occur when the Macbook pro is connected directly to the router? Additionally what have you tried so far to alleviate the error?

It's currently running off a wireless internet connection and as far as I know that seems to be working fine. I've noticed that lag occurs randomly as I was able to play for a few hours without any issues. I'm not the most knowledgeable with fixing issues with the plays I play and all I've really done so far is try turn down the frame rate or knock my computer of and on again.
