How to Cancel Free Trial Account?

Hello,
I purchased starter addition for PS4 (love the game, it rocks). I want to also play my same account on PC. I purchased same versions for PC but when I logon to PC it shows message below in this post despite my MOG station saying I have same versions of game on PS4 and PC in same service account. I assume this is because I started free trial first on PS4. I then added monthly subscription which looks like takes affect after remaining days in free trial. I still get this message below on PC so wondering if I need to end my free trial days before I can play same service account on both platforms not at same time of course. Is there a way to end free trial? I very much appreciate recommendation.
