A fatal direxct erro occurred

Hi!I've been able to play ffxiv on my laptop for months,but since las week I can't launch the game,it keeps giving me a fatal direxct error(10000000).I've tried reinstalling from 0,updating drivers,windows and a lot of suggestions I read in this forum without succeding.
I've made the display thing.
