Do older items from the SE Store still come with in-game item codes?

Been playing for a while but this seemed the most suitable place to ask. I was looking at the Eorzean Symphony Orchestral Album and noticed the following text:

First-run bonus:
-Orchestrion roll in-game item code for “Orchestra: Ultima” and “Orchestra: Heroes”

I've heard stories of people still getting item codes from things bought from the store, but given the specifying of 'first-run bonus', I'm not completely sure. Would anyone be able to verify whether or not I'd still get the codes for the Orchestrion Rolls if I bought the album these days?
