Hello,
i've been playing FF14 almost half year (currently at the latest patch) and 2 of my friends wanna try this game, they signed up / register with square enix account but after getting code from email, they got error i2501.
Why this happening?
While 1st time i register last year it was so smooth i didn't get any errors.
Please note that we are from outside European region.
