Training squadron after a rank up does not increase squadron attributes

Steps:
1. Have squadron complete the level 40 flagged mission
2. Mission was a success the next day
3. target and activate the regimen board
4. Use a calculator to add up all the squadron attributes to find the weakest link
5. Attributes are:
Physical: 469
Mental: 472
Tactical: 559
6. Assign squadron to Physical training
7. Wait an hour
8. training success
9. Add up attributes again
10: Physical is still 469. Absolutely nothing changed with physical attributes despite the fact that it said that the attribute went up. Everybody's individual values remained the same. I recognize several numbers.
11. Assign another training, Physical and mental
12. Wait an hour
13. Training success
14. add attributes with a calculator again
15. Physical is still 469 despite training that twice now. Mental is still 472. Again, everybody's individual values remained the same.
16. Do a third training exercise
17. Wait an hour
18. Training success
19. Receive message that squadron has reached maximum limits
20. Repeat step 14
21: After all three training sessions, all values are the same as before any training was done. Physical remains at a total of 469. Mental is still at 472. and tactical still 559. No values were changed despite the fact that three training sessions were done. The game says that the squadron has reached the maximum, but nothing could be further from the truth as absolutely no values for individual squadron attributes were changed.

You even included that line... you know what the problem is. There is a maximum limit you can train them to.

Once you reach the maximum, all training can do is redistribute the stats instead.

There is also a type of training that makes no adjustments at all and just gives experience points.
