Can't play Triple Triad with NPC

Hello! I have problems with starting Triple Triad Challenge with Midnight Dew. I completed quest "Over My Dead Gobbie" and finished all Stromblood MSQ (literally, i've already finished even patch 5.3) and there is icon on the map that I can play with her but I cannot do it. I read that I must be miner, come to her on 4 AM ET or complete dungeon Saint Mocianne's Arboretum (Hard). I tried all of it except of dungeon but I don't think that it is necessary because my friend who did not even was in simple Saint Mocianne's Arboretum can play TTM with Midnight Dew even if we both completed same quests and she did not complete anything else.

I will be very grateful if you help me because I tried everything and it cannot be something else instead of bug.
