Request: Add a 60 second timer on the "Purchase Land" button to reduce fatigue

Buying a house right now means spamming "purchase land" as fast as possible, with half a dozen other players. If you do one purchase attempt per second, with six keystrokes per attempt, and the average house lists after 12 hours, and has half a dozen players competing for it, that's on average over 1.5 million clicks to buy a house. Several other players have mentioned they are in physical pain while trying to buy a house.

My suggestion is to add a 60 second timer on the "purchase land" button to reduce the number of required attempts, and maybe make it a bit less tedious as players could at least chat or craft while trying to buy a house without reducing their odds.
