Good intentions help?

So i did all the pre reqs for good intentions but when I go to pick it up from the Solar the quest giver isnt there. help?

Are you actually at the right place? By that stage of the storyline, the Scions have moved from the Waking Sands to a new base called the Rising Stones in Revenant's Toll, it's not in Vesper Bay anymore.

Go to Mor Dhona and click on the door at the back of Seventh Heaven (the bar) in Revenant's Toll, and once inside the Rising Stones, the new Solar can be found by clicking on the door at the back of the building - chances are you'll find what you're looking for in there.
