GMs ignoring me?

Hello! I followed all the steps to ask for an Item Restoration, but it has been more than 24h now and I still had absolutely no reply for any issues I've opened. I discarded some relics on my main char on Primal Behemoth and now I regret it, I've hear we can only have 1 weapon restored correct? If so, I would like to get the Warrior relic back, I think it was the "Law's Order Labrys" one, but I'm not 100% sure. If, by any chance i can get more than just one weapon back, can i please have the DNC and AST ones I discarded too? If not it's fine too. Thank you.
