Both EU datacenters down ?

Both EU datacenters give me the error that i cant login to lobby...

If i switch to a NA datacenter it connects...

Are both European Datacenters down ???

I need to access to "Light" datacenter...

Strange, had to reset my connection ...

Talked too fast, i was able to enter character selection screen, but after the queue, disconnected with same error.
