Lobby server connection error ?

Hello... what gives ?, both EU datacenters are down ?

i see them all down. I have gigabit connection working fine..

According to this both EU datacentres are up, although some of the servers are locked to new character creation. It was probably just a momentary glitch, made worse by then everyone trying to log back on at once.
