B marks sometimes nonexistent in ARR areas

When submitting a bug report, please use the below template and thoroughly fill out the necessary information.

Monster name: <Any ARR B mark>
Class/Level: SMN, RDM, DRG at 80
Party or solo: solo
In-game time: multiple
Area and coordinates: Any ARR area where B marks reside
Steps:
1. Visit GC and obtain an elite mark bill
2. Look at the mark bill
3. travel to the area to start search
4. Search for about 30 minutes
5. Bring up a website showing all spawn points on a map
6. Travel to every spawn point listed on the map

Result: The B mark is not at any of the spawn points listed on any map on the internet. Also, no matter where you are in the area, the game does not mention any directions as for "sensing your mark" whatsoever, despite going to every spawn point.

Sometimes a few hours later, the B mark is there. Sometime it is days later.

It's possible that somebody killed it before you got there, making it move to another spawn point that you had already been to.

The only one I've ever struggled to find is in Central Shroud.

B Marks constantly respawn in another location after someone has killed them. There is no cooldown period. The system is working as intended, you are just doing something wrong. AGAIN.
