Currently there's no way to practice a level 50, 60, or 70 rotation without higher level traits, etc.
It'd be nice if we could level sync to the Level of a striking dummy, or level sync to any level anywhere.

You're right, this would be amazing to have and I'm surprised we don't.
It would be a wonderful QoL, and at the very least it'd be invaluable for people that wanna tackle old Ultimates or, like me, mi. ILVL old Savages.
