Constant dx11 error crashes v2.0

Welp, I was about to update my thread in order to keep all information consolidated but apparently it got closed cause 20 days passed since my last update, so glad to see the mods are on point with that at least.

Problem: Dx11 Crashes
Where: Any of the Save the Queen Areas, primarily during Castrum/Dalriada/Delebrum, infrequently during CEs.

I monitor the GPU temperature and when the crash happen it's not overheating.
I have disabled steam, amd and discord overlays. I have tried using a program to cap my FPS at 90 since it seems to have fixed the issue for some people, but it didn't work for me.
I am not using any mod or injector
I've tried disabling Fullscreen optimization and when I did that the problem got worse, so I reverted it.
I only have my keyboard, mouse and speakers connected to my USB ports.
I've tried multiple clean boots across the last 4-5 months, when the problem started around the launch of DR.
I've used CCleaner as suggested.
I've tried Disabling Audio Enhancements.

Since my last update on 02-06-2021 I decided to try changing the settings back to Maximum since my system is more than capable to run it, and I've left the game running for up to 8 hours with no crashes at all. Content I've been running includes raids, Eureka, Baldesion Arsenal, 24 man raids and hunt trains, with no issues at all.

After the 22-06-2021 hotfix patch I've started running Bozja content frequently.
I've had Delubrum runs where I wouldn't crash at all, sometimes even managing to doing 2 DR runs back to back with no issue.
However I've also had runs where I would crash, relog, and immediately crash again within a few minutes.
I've been able to remain without problems in the Southern Bozjan and Zadnor areas for the whole duration of the instance camping for specific FATEs/CEs with minimal or no crashes at all.
However once inside Castrum or Dalriada the likelyhood of crashes increased. Yesterday I had a CLL where I crashed midway through Adrammelch, had no crashes when I logged back, and managed to do another CLL in the same instance with no crashes.
I've had streaks however where I systematically crashed once during CLL or Dalriada, even when playing with Standard(Desktop) setting.

So TL;DR there is an issue with CLL/Dalriada/Delubrum that increases the likelyhood of dx11 crashes; a problem that as far as I've been able to see (since I don't run these as frequently) is not present in Eureka and Baldesion Arsenal which, from a user point of view, uses a similar queueing system than the STQ areas.
