Whenever I try to launch the game for the first time in a few hours or after a reboot, it crashes with two similar crash messages in Japanese regardless of DX9 or DX11 <DX11 errors>

First with the top error, and then a few seconds later the second error pops up.
Where do I begin to fix this?

What have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this crash happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
