Stuck on Duty since Lich server crash

My main scenario quest is currently Heavesward 'Use the duty finder to enter the aetherchemical reseach facility'. I has succesful completed this dungeon and was in the final cutscene when Lich crashed and I was kicked from the game. Since then I am unable to prgoress. My quest shows as 'use the duty finder to' despite since completeing the dungeon another 4 times (once using the duty finder, one using the enteracne and twice with a friend using the duty finder). Despite this the quest never swithes to hand in and I am unable to progress forward with the story line.

I've tried enabling and disabling cutscenes. I've tried running the dungeon with friends and alone with game matched others. So far nothing has worked.

Have you tried abandoning the quest and starting again?
