Missing Multiple Master Recipes (1)

Issue: After buying the book for master recipes and using it they still don't show up. My first crafter, Alchemist, can see master recipes (1) though.

World name: Exodus
Character name: Rizyo' Bajhiri
NPC name: Talan
Class/Level: CRP 80, BSM 59, GSM 80,LTW 69, WVR 80
Items: Master Carpenter: Demimateria, Master Blacksmith: Demimateria, Master Goldsmith: Demimateria, Master Leatherworker: Demimateria, Master Weaver: Demimateria
Steps:
1. Bought said demimateria book
2. Used said demimateria book
3. No recipes show up in Master Recipes (1)
