[EU] Recovery from Technical Difficulties in Several Worlds (Apr. 26)

During the following time period, players were unable to access several Worlds in FINAL FANTASY XIV.

We are pleased to announce that the issue has been addressed. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please note that this issue was caused due to difficulties with the database equipment. As stated in a previous announcement, if you wish to have an item lost during technical difficulties reimbursed, you may then contact a GM who will investigate your case and reimburse any items that can be restored.

* Unfortunately, we will not be able to reimburse any items that were lost due to a rollback, including items that were obtained from treasure chests.
