Suggestion for improved FC Security

It is paramount that we are given the tools to protect ourselves from malicious activity, regardless of source. I propose the ability to set limits on the amount of gil and items that can be withdrawn in a day from the FC chest. Once set, these restrictions would require a 24 hour waiting period before applying any changes. I feel like this kind of safety net would drastically cut down on phishing attempts as well as general malicious activity. Additionally I would like to add my support to the request re: preventing promotion to higher ranks than the promoting character. These are security flaws that no FC can completely protect themselves against regardless of their diligence. Thank you.
