Missing Legacy Titles

I am missing 2 Legacy titles that I have the corresponding achievement for "Cascadier" and "Crystal Bearer":

I just noticed I was missing Cascadier again.

Again? like you had it and it went away?


It's kinda funny it is the same two my longtime friend was missing as well.
