RMT Tells in game

How do I best report someone who sent me these tells on Balmung this morning?

and another one shortly after from -

You might wanna consider snipping those links from your post if you think they're suspicious.

There is no doubt that the accounts have been taken over by someone else and they are trying to bait others by sending private tells to people. I'd like to know where and how I should be reporting these. When I go to the support desk in game it gives you the option of Report Harassment or Report Cheating but this doesn't exactly fall into either one of those.

I have put it under harassment. Then make sure to copy and paste the whisper into the body of the report. I've gotten responses to both reports I've sent - they were the generic Thank you for taking the time to report phishing attempts reply and that since they get a huge number of these reports they don't have a GM come for a personal chat with you about it. I don't think the support team is bothered about which you choose to report phishing attempts under.
