Heya!
I bought the Paladin level boost A LONG time ago and I just never really cared to use passage of arms but I noticed that I just don't have the skill learned at all.
I have all the other skills expect this one. I also don't have any quests available in the Gladiator Guild area.
Am I just being stupid or is there something else going on here? Thanks!

I was under the impression that the job boosts included clearing all job quests for you, at best I can say check out the list of pld job quests to make sure none were missed. All heavensward job quests reward an ability as does the level 70 job quest. Since you have royal authority something may have been missed from the 60-70 era.

Also before I forget, you said you bought the boost a while ago, prior to shadowbringers the job boost only brought you to 60 and was updated to 70 for shadowbringers so it’s entirely possible you bought the 60 boost when it was available.
Passage of Arms comes from the lvl 70 job quest. As Eclipse has suggested, it may be since you got the boost before Shadowbringers, you only have up to the HW lvl 60 pld quest done. PLD quests for Stormblood don't begin in the Gladiator guild, but rather with Jenlyns in "the Chamber of Rule".
