About Account Region (ended up not able to preorder Endwalker)

Hi, maybe this is just a 'me' problem so I don't expect much but if the Dev Team decide to look into this I will very much appreciate it.

Many years ago, I used to live in Japan and around this time also I started playing FFXIV (obviously registered in Japan region). Ever since I've been active player and has been very invested in my character. But then life just happened and I had to come back to my home country.

However, even back home I'm still an active player. Thankfully I found a place where I can buy WebMoney to convert to Crysta to pay for my subs but the problem only occurs when I wanted to preorder Endwalker (please note that I play with windows version. NOT Steam). When I tried to preorder from SE e-store, it told me that I can't purchase it due to my location even though I used VPN and sure that I was using Japan IP. I still can't preorder Endwalker due to this and only resolve to ask my Japanese friends if I still can't preorder it myself near the early access date. I've always preorder each expansion since Heavensward and don't want to stop now.

I know not many people have this same problem (if not just me), but if anyone has any advice about this matter, please enlighten me.
