Replica Recollection weapons appear to have the wrong unlock conditions

1. Upgrade a Resistance Weapon to Recollection step
2. Obtain 15 Loathsome Memories of the Dying
3. Upgrade Resistance Weapon to Law's Order step
4. Note that Regana does not stock the Recollection Replica for that weapon.
5. Obtain 15 Timeworn Artifacts
6. Upgrade Resistance Weapon to Augmented Law's Order step
7. Note that Regana now stocks the Recollection Replica for that weapon

This appears to be an oversight, as not only is this the only "Relic" weapon set for which this behaviour occurs, but it also only occurs on this specific step of the weapon, not any previous ones. This has been an issue since Law's Order weapons were introduced, and I expected to see it fixed in 5.55, but alas it still persists. This particular oversight is discouraging many people, including myself, from progressing the Resistance Weapon upgrades, since doing so means losing access to a hard-earned glamour option.
