Once I get passed the character select and the queue to play, my game crashes on the load screen. If I create a new character it lets me play though. I’m told my character data is corrupted but my PS5 will only allow me to upload, download or restore. I tried to restore an older one from before I last logged out and it still does nothing.

What have you tried to alleviate the problem? Additionally, do you receive an error message?
