lost housing and items

so i let my sub lapse and i recently resubbed but i have no house or items from my house
i went to the caretaker and he not got anything either was the a time limet to collect it ?>??

There is a time limit of 35 days to collect your items once the house is deleted. I don't think there's any way to reclaim things after that, though you could try the one-time-only item reclaim if there was something particularly precious in there.
