I filed a claim to the support team and within a few hours I got a response from GM Reddipton, the speed was incredible. They were incredibly kind and professional and I am impressed! I do not get this kind of prompt and kind response to issues from HR departments where I work! It is enough to make a grown man cry with how caring they were.
