There isn't a website that 'exactly' tracks the NM fates that have the token drops for use in buying the items you are looking for, as these fate are player triggered and are on a server wide cool-down to about once a week.
Some The Hunt web trackers will also track the NM fates, but they generally require someone who participated to manually update the website with kill-times. As such, they are not always exactly accurate.
Your best option is to join a Cross World 'The Hunt' link shell where the members also keep track of or work to spawn the Fates in question.
This way, once a group attempts to trigger the fate, you can get in-game notice and call-outs for when it spawns.
The Fates in question are:
Archaeotania Fate - The Tempest
This NM Fate has a chance to spawn if the cool-down timer is open and the prerequisite fate chain is completed:
https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/w...e_Damned_Thing
Reward for completing the Fate is an amount of https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/A...tania%27s_Horn depending on your contribution/score in the Fate.
This is for the Frog Head and Frog Suit pieces, plus a Tinker's Bell minion
The other NM fate is:
Formidable Fate - Kholusia
This NM Fate has a chance to spawn if the cool-down timer is open and the prerequisite fate chain is completed:
https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/A...ost_Formidable
The reward for completing the fate is an amount of https://ffxiv.gamerescape.com/wiki/Formidable_Cog depending on your contribution/score in the fate.
This is for the Ironfrog Mount and Ironfrog Minion.
NOTE: Neither of these fates are solo-able and do require a very large amount of players to complete, so these are generally a server/cross-world server wide event, with around 80+ players on average (at peak was at the zone limit). So, you must work with a large group of players to finish the fate and for best results on a reward, be in a Full Party.
Your best bet is joining a hunting linkshell. They usually call special fates too.
Ask others in game.
Do an occasional /shout in a city state zone or a high player traffic quest/vender hub, like Eulmore, for Hunt Link Shell invites or information.
If you happen to be in a zone when a Hunt Train comes in to kill a mark (which generally happens about every 6-ish hours in every ShB zone), ask in zone about joining a Hunt Link Shell.
You can also post in the forums under your world server about Hunt Link Shells.
As stated before, generally the Hunt link shells also do call outs for NM Fates.
