Hey i just bought the collectors at a local shop that still had it (still had 80 dollar tag on it but got it for 30 =D) all my friends play on masamune, when will the character thing be lifted? and if it will be awhile will I be able to transfer once its lifted? cause i kind of bought the game to play with them
According to this dev post today, they will be monitoring the servers after today's patch. There were quite a few measures taken this patch to get people to move out of ul'dah, and the reason behind closing the servers was due to the massive amounts of people there that was crashing the game, with any more players being extremely problematic.
Hopefully the situation resolves quickly.
