Question on Gifted EW Expac Steam

I was gifted the Collector's Edition of Endwalker through Steam- the one with Menphina's Earring & the minion- I have the email from Steam that I was gifted, which I accepted- but I don't know if I'm meant to receive anything else email wise or in-game
I've not gotten the pre-order bonus either
Are orders delayed or backlogged?

EDIT: I went through the steps to "buy" the CE of Endwalker, and it says it's already in my library

you have to put the code from your library into the mogstation, it being in steam doesnt do anything for your SE account,
