we don't :'). Only thing you can do is try to get a mate from over there to hook you up
The codes aren't region locked. I'm not sure if every reciept has an address of the purchaser or if they're even checking for that... but in theory the bigger obstacle is that the candybar just isn't sold in all of North America. But any code you get, just like when they ran the event in JP, works globally.
