Not receiving the Rydia minion that I purchased

I purchased the Rydia minion on the mog station, SE took the money from my bank account, and it appears in my transaction history but I AM NOT receiving it on ANY character.


I have requested purchase delivery multiple times in the last few hours and nothing.


Does anybody know what the problem could be?

Same issue as with the mount and the link you posted above goes to nowhere

Yeah. The link just redirects you to the forums home page so I reported it as spam.

It is going on eight hours and NO Rydia minion

Yes, I get it can take 24 hours. It just seems odd that of my 5 FC members got their mounts instantly and I have been waiting over 9 hours.

well i have a different problem if it is one my one character got it but the rest are like uh no love for us

Account wide items are always slow. I don't know, they just are.

So be patient, they will arrive.
