Is there reason that the primed grade 3 wheels are only usable for the person that takes it from the aetherial wheel? it would make lot more sense if you could atleast place to the FC chest since it's literally for the FC. this is especially annoying when you are trying to stock up for the DLC and all is locked behind person that picks it from there.
