Impossible FATEs should NOT exist in the game

I swear that FFXIV put these impossible FATEs to be troll FATEs.

No, I am not talking about special FATEs that require like 24 people. I am talking about several in the Lochs that when you DPS it to a certain percentage, the FATE boss just runs away to reset their health back to max heath every time it gets to a certain percentage before coming back to attack you again but this time with full health.

You cannot go after it or keep attacking the FATE mob when it does this as any moves that you use on it are "invulnerable" until it comes back to you with max health.

I tried like 6 level 69 FATEs in the Lochs which all did this BS. Those FATEs with monsters who reset themselves seem to be troll FATEs and thus should not even exist in the game.

Please remove either the reset mechanic from these FATEs or remove the FATEs with this mechanic outright because it makes these FATEs literally impossible as the monster can just reset its health whenever it pleases.

I JUST got done with ALL my roulettes for the day as Red Mage and I became RDM level 69 and I do not feel like waiting for tomorrow to get the 70 poetic gear and these troll FATEs really make it difficult to climb that extra level before reset time.

It sounds like you’re kiting them outside of their tether range.

Stop taking the FATE boss outside of the FATE area and the FATE boss wont run away.

Standing there, at the edge of the Fate? I mean, standing where? The center of the Fate? You got any screenshots or video to back up these claims? I've done all of the Fates in The Lochs, and not a single one has ever done what you describe.

If you do got stuff, submit a proper bug support.

It wasn't trolling it was a logical conclusion, since that is what fate bosses do if you kite them outside of the fate. Before reacting actually read what someone has said.

Like ANY boss/mob, if you run it too far, it resets with full health. Never heard of, nor could find even 1 incidence of this happening unless it is taken too far, Perhaps a few of them have shorter draw areas.
