UI shrinking when put into windowed full screen

Hi everyone! I've had this issue since around yesterday when I was messing with my settings before queueing for a trial. I'm not entirely sure what exactly I changed, however after i clicked apply my game in windowed full screen would stretch out the UI and make my game and computer lag. Before, my game in windowed full screen was 720p and no more, but now I can't change it back to 720p without getting a small window. Not to mention, I can't click buttons during active time maneuvers anymore and almost failed one in a duty I did yesterday. Can anybody help? T_T

Might be your computer running integrated GPU? 720p sounds like you're on basic laptop not meant for gaming.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? Does this issue happen when Final Fantasy XIV is the only program running? Also, could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
