Forum Suspension and Bans

I can't say for certain as to what the system is like on the forums, but if at all possible could you all perhaps follow a system that is supported in game? For instance 3 strikes and your permanently banned from the forums, or at least posting privileges are revoked on the account in the sub-forum where said offenses are being made. Therefore allowing said account holder to be able to still communicate any technical difficulties they might be having, but keep them from being a continual thorn and nuisance to that of the general populace of the forums.
