audio issues?

https://imgur.com/a/A5j0VGI happened after this latest update. friend says the dll's need to be reregistered with windows. so going to try that, once he's got time he'll walk me through it. i have another friend that has had the same issue zoning in to mist, though mine happed in WOD Raid, during the run to last boss

well, i had to do a fresh install not long before all these. and i do clean format & install, not recoveries. drivers are either from OEM, or microsoft. beyond that, all this staretd after the latest big update. and with no option to repair files, it was either clean install or hope it gets figured out what's causing it.

Could you provide a system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
