Can't unlock Dravanian Hinterland's flying

I can't figure out why I still have a locked aether current quest in Dravanian Hinterlands despite having completed the Heavensward MSQ, and am currently on the Dragonsong War quests. Can anyone help me figure this out? I tried looking up what quests were required and their prerequisites, but I couldn't find a single one of those quests in game.

Aether Current quests should be indicated with a larger blue icon than standard quest markers. Perhaps this Wiki can help: https://ffxiv.consolegameswiki.com/wiki/Aether_Currents

Thank you, I figured out how to search through what quests I had completed, and compared it to that list and I managed to find the one I was missing.
