Playstation 5 Trophies not unlocking beyond Stormblood Pre-Patch End.

Steps:
1. Competed "Stromblood" MSQ on New Game+ and Trophy unlocked fine on 14/04/2021.
2. Completed Omega: Deltascape on NewGame+ and Trophy "I am the Delta, I am the Omega unlocked on 15/04/2021.
3. Completed Omega: Sigmascape on NewGame+ and Tropthy "I Am the Sigma, I Am the Omega" unlocked on 18/04/2021.
4. Completed Omega: Alphascape on NewGame+ and Trophy "IAm the Alpha, I Am the Omega" unlocked on 18/04/2021.
5. Completed "Return of the Bull" MSQ on New Game+ and Trophy did not unlock on 21/04/2021.
6. Completed "Rise of a New Sun" MSQ on New Game+ and Trophy did not unlock on 22/04/2021.

All previous trophies for current New Game+ progress of the campaign auto-unlocked fine including the Raid trophies for Coil of Bahamut, Alexander and Omega when I re-ran each raid.

Below are notes I submitted to SE Customer Support whom then told me today via email that I would need to submit a report here on the forums.

I contacted support on 22/04/2021 for this issue. I'd like to follow up with an update.
The new Trophies for the Playstation Upgrade of Final Fantasy XIV seems to have an issue with Trophies not unlocking.
I have been progressing through a NG+ run of FFXIV and Trophies have unlocked fine up to MSQ "Stormblood" including the Omega Raid Trophies in the Stormblood trophy section. However the Stormblood Patch content trophies seems to be having an issue.
At first I completed MSQ "Return of the Bull" which should unlock the trophy "The Legend Returns". This did not unlock. I contacted support yesterday to report this.
The update is that I continued my NG+ progress and completed MSQ "Rise of a New Sun" which should unlock trophy "Rise of a New Sun" this also now has failed to unlock and I'm now assuming the rest o the Stormblood trophies for the MSQ will not unlock.

I've noted that the unlock % for players earning the trophies make no sense.

In order the unlock % for Stormblood Trophies seems to increase.

Stormblood 24.3%
The Legend Returns 24.4%
Rise of a New Sun 24.6%
Under the Moonlight 24.9%
Prelude in Violet 25.1%
A Requiem for Heroes - Part 1 25.5%

Shouldn't the % be in reverse? Higher % for older content? This tells me I'm not the only one with this trophy issue. The % is small but there does seem to be a problem.
For an example I also checked the % for Shadowbringers trophies.

Shadowbringers 23.7%
Vows of Virtue, Deeds of Cruelty 23.2%
Echoes of a Fallen Star 22.9%
Reflections in Crystal 22.3%
Futures Rewritten 21.3%

The % here seems correct and decreases later in MSQ based on progress of players.
So to me there seems to be an issue for sure somewhere and again for myself progressing through NG+ the first 2 in Stormblood patch content has not unlocked trophies but the end to stormblood pre-patch trophy and omega raid has unlocked.
Seems to be an issue with Stormblood Patch MSQ.

This thread can now be closed.

I continued further into my NewGame+ run and oddly completing the next MSQ "Emissary of the Dawn" unlocked Under The Moonlight Trophy and also the previous 2 that failed to unlock when completing their required quests.

Very odd, but problem solved and this can serve to let others know that may face this problem.
