All content at 1.22

ok, hear me out...

I know you would have been upset if 1.19, 1.20 and 1.21 were just game fixes, new systems, etc... class overhaul... combos... recipe overhaul, new battle formula... all of that... but no content?

But what if...

1.22 gave us Ifrit, Moogle, garuda, Aurum vale, and Cutter's cry (Maybe even jobs... although Jobs probably could have still been the patch before to give us time to get used to them)
All fresh and new....

Would you have been upset? We would have had a SHIT-TON of stuff to do all at once...

The primals could have been divided up so each class only got 2 primal weapons, so each primal would only have like 4 or 5 weapons instead of all 7.

And we'd be so busy in game that we wouldn't even have time to post in forums

So ask yourself.. if they had held back all content and just released it all at 1.22, would that have been so bad?

It would have been bad cause we would have had nothing to do til 1.22

If you're asking that question you may aswell just ask "What if SE did nothing from 1.18 till 2.0"

They definitely wouldn't have been able to start charging until 1.22, so I'd say it was a good business decision to spread it out.

I don't think that would have been a good idea. I think more people would have walked if there wasn't anything from then until now.

and what we would do in nearly 1 year ?

Im not saying they made a bad decision... just a hypothetical what if
I agree... they would have had a hard time getting people to pay... but to be honest... Moogle wasn't the biggest incentive to start charging either

Obviously they wouldn't have been able to charge til 1.22..... but then... how many people who still had free accounts would have started playing? If they had doubled the numbers, then they would have made the same amount of money in the long run

Hopefully 2.0 will give us months of things to do and work on while they work on future patches and expansions. Let's never get caught up again~ D:<

I think I mostly would not be upset (or additionally upset) if that route was approached. Considering hindsight at least.

Also this would mean that we would have had even less time to get the stuff from these places. For hardcores it wouldn't be a problem, but I still haven't gotten a moogle weapon yet and only 3 ifrit weapons, I need all the time I can get.
