Steps:
1. Interact with the Chocobo Stable when the 6 hour timer for a color change has elapsed
2. Select "Tend to My Chocobo".
3. Watch the Chocobo color change cutscene.
4. Attempt to rotate the camera while remaining in the Chocobo Stable menu.
5. Observe sluggish, irregular rotation of the camera.
6. Close out of the Chocobo Stable menu.
7. Observe that the camera rotation returns to normal.
