Select lists are awefull

Hi,

I find that the select lists in the game are really bad designed.
For example, the category selection in the crafting log :

It's probably the case for any language, but for the french language, we can't read the majority of the options inside the select because the most important part (the name of the job) is hidden.

So we have to randomly select an option to found out, by looking at the items bellow what category we have selected.

It's really bad in terms of user experience.
It's not much and I don't think that it would be hard to improve.

for example, we could auto expand the width of the select, make the text content scroll horizontally or add a tooltip on mouse over.
