Area and coordinates: The Fringes ( 9.1 , 11.4 ) Pan South East with Camera, The Fringes ( 29.7 , 26.3 ) Pan North West with Camera. Something Inbetween is causing the issue. (An Asset?)

Steps:
1. Pan South East with Camera at the Fringes ( 9.1 , 11.4 ) horizontally, it will be extremely visible
2. Pan North West with Camera at the Fringes ( 29.7 , 26.3 ) horizontally, it will be
somewhat visible
3. Other areas are more vague and don't always stutter, I didn't have the time to check the entire map in full, but all point to a specific location I cannot find despite trying

I've tried this, and I did see the stuttering at those locations too. I think the issue is probably that you are looking at most of the map on the screen at once in those locations and angles, possibly compounded by the forest. I tried it out near the southwest corner of the map, and I saw the same framerate drops when I panned northeast.
