Any way to speak privately with a GM from Balmung?

As the title says, looking to speak with a GM from Balmung, if possible in a private matter. I can't do it in-game at the moment.

GMs do not belong to a specific server.
You'd have to make the call ingame to speak to one privately. This is a public forum.
