Steps:
1. Logged in and realized the User Interface Size was different to my PS4 Settings.
2. Open System Configuration Menu
3. Select -- Display Settings
4. Select -- Screen Resolution -- Full HD
5. Change User Interface Size from 200% to 150%, showed no change
6. Changed 150% to 100%, showed vast difference
7. Changed 100% to 200%, showed vast difference
8. Changed 200% to 150%, no difference

It looks like 150% User Interface Size is currently set to be the same as 200%
