I just don't get it. "cumulative"... It says you will be notified but is it that you actually have to pay for a 90 day subscription? Or can I keep doing the 30-day subscription that I have had since the billing commenced..?

You have to have paid for 90 days total. If over six months you only pay for three of them, you still qualify.
Cumulative just means they add up all the days you've paid for from January 2012 to whenever 2.0 drops and if that total comes out to 90 days of time you're good.
If you "accumulate" which means add up (hence cumulative) over 90 days between Jan 6th and the launch of 2.0's beta, you'll automically be enrolled in the Legacy status.
So just to re-cap:
All you need is 90 days, not in a row either.
Yes, you can do 30 days now, wait 20 days, get another 30, and the another 30. That is what "cumulative" means: Total
If it had to be the 90-day subscription it would have been "consecutive" and not "cumulative"
And the cheapest way is buying 90 days now XD as its discounted.
