Lavender Bed's NPC clips underground

Steps:
1. The Adder Patrolling NPC who patrols in this area walks up the hill towards the entrance to plot 44

2. The NPC vibrates as they climb the hill due to some kind of collision issue.

3. When she reaches the top of the hill she clips underground.

4. When she begins moving down the hill she reappears and walks down normally.

5. Over time she seems to vibrate at different intensities and doesn't always clip.

Verified by 3 of my FC members, however, her clipping is somewhat inconsistent between the 3 of us.
